Strømsgodset IF was one of 32 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Stoppen SK Vintercuper 2024. They participated with three teams in Gutter 14 (født 2010) and Gutter 15 (født 2009) respectively. The team in Gutter 15 (født 2009) made it to the the in Gruppespill, but lost it against Asker Fotball by 1-4.

In addition to this, Strømsgodset IF have participated in Stoppen SK Vintercuper before. During Stoppen SK Vintercuper 2023, Strømsgodset had 6 teams playing in Gutter 13 (født 2010), Gutter 14 (født 2009) and Gutter 15 (født 2008) respectively. Two teams played until in Gruppespill; Gutter 15 (født 2008) 2 lost against Skedsmo 1 by 0-2 and Gutter 15 (født 2008) 3 lost against KFUM-Kam. Oslo by 0-1.

Strømsgodset comes from DRAMMEN which lies approximately 2 km from Lier, where Stoppen SK Vintercuper takes place. The area around DRAMMEN does also provide 19 additional clubs participating during Stoppen SK Vintercuper 2024 (Among others: Stoppen Sportsklubb, Øvrevoll Hosle IL, Holmen IF, Forward, SK - fotball, Ullern IF, Høvik IF, Lier IL, Drafn, SBK, Asker Fotball and Jardar, IL).
